During this experience participants have the opportunity to prepare with their own hands two traditional dishes of Sicilian and Italian cuisine and taste them. Between the cooking class and the tasting we propose a short walk of only 7 minutes independently to visit the cathedral and the astronomical clock. Upon return guests will taste the dishes prepared

the flying tablecloth is only a ten minute walk from the port or station. if you arrive by car there are paid parking spaces on the street. outside there is a large sign and the entrance is through a courtyard full of plants. we wait for guests at the appointed time

Travellers will be welcomed at 9.30am at the venue. They will be handed a school apron and cook's hat. You will begin to prepare the pasta and cannoli together. At 11.30 am they will be free and able to go to the Cathedral. At 12.00 o'clock, the world's largest astronomical clock offers a beautiful spectacle. At 12.30 they will return to the restaurant for tasting, after which, they will be free.
