1. After booking confirmation, you will receive our contact information via order message in advance. Our driver will contact you one day before your trip to confirm your exact pickup time and location in Shanghai.
2. On the service day, our professional driver will arrive at your designated pickup spot 15 minutes early to wait for you. You can identify the driver by the vehicle plate number and name sign.
3. We will drive you from Shanghai to Suzhou via high-speed highway safely. During the 10-hour service period, the vehicle and driver will be on standby for you. You can freely arrange your sightseeing stops in Suzhou scenic spots, hotels and restaurants.
