During this guided intuitive painting experience, you’ll start with short meditation to arrive fully present. Then, you’ll explore color, emotion and flow as you paint intuitively. No experience or technique needed. I guide you through it. We’ll finish with a relaxed reflection and sharing circle. All materials are provided, and the session is designed to be peaceful, fun and fully immersive.
