As we are starting out tour we will cycle through the beautiful lush green areas of Bubali Plas before we reach Eagle Beach.

Centro Di Pesca Spaans Lagoen
We will cycle next to the breathtaking protected area of Spanish Lagoon as we go to San Nicolas, on this route before reaching Mangel Halto you will encounter a traditional local fisherman's pier, where they arrive with their local caught fish. Eco-friendly Fun Facts: Aruba’s Spanish Lagoon is officially shielded by the Directorate of Nature & Environment under the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands as a protected wetland. Additionally, as of 2018, Fundacion Parke Nacional Arikok (the official foundation responsible for the management of Arikok National Park) legally identified the Spanish Lagoon, Mangel Halto and Santo Largo areas as being Marine Protected Areas (MPA) and thus officially protected by law.

Balashi Gold Mill Ruins
The Balashi Gold Mill Ruins is part of our heritage. We will cycle through Frenchman Pass. It is a narrow passage on the island of Aruba, between coral cliffs above the area known as Spanish Lagoon. From the pass one can see the remains of the Balashi Gold Mill and Grottos where the original natives Caquetio Indians lived.
