Lunch provided on retreat days (Nov 8–10). Welcome dinner included on Day 1. Water, coffee, tea, and light snacks available daily. Other meals not included.
Lodging and travel to Sedona are not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and transportation.

Arrive in Sedona and settle into the energy of the red rocks. Guests will meet at the private retreat home at 4:00 PM for introductions and orientation. Enjoy a beautiful opening ceremony to set intentions, followed by a sunset dinner overlooking the red rocks.
Activities: Welcome circle, meditation, group connection, dinner.
