A generous Balinese feast of all the dishes prepared during the class, served with hibiscus tea, tea, coffee and water. A recipe booklet is included with all the day's recipes.

Head to Honeymoon Guesthouse 2 on Jalan Bisma, on the right-hand side of the road. Enter through the gate and our team will meet you at the cooking school in the garden pavilion.

Step into the open-air kitchen of Casa Luna Cooking School, one of Ubud's oldest and most celebrated culinary institutions, founded by cookbook author and Ubud Food Festival founder Janet DeNeefe. You'll spend a morning learning to cook authentic Balinese dishes from scratch, grinding spice pastes, working with fresh coconut, and mastering the layered flavours that define this island's cuisine. Classes are hands-on and small-group, led by Casa Luna's experienced teachers using recipes from Janet's acclaimed cookbooks. At the end, you sit down together and feast on everything you've made.
