For guests booking our transfer from Hanoi:
Between 08:30 – 08:45, a limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or at the Hanoi Opera House. On the way to Halong Bay, the driver will stop for a short 10–15-minute break, allowing guests to rest before continuing the journey.

11:30: Arrive at the Scarlet Pearl Cruise Lounge at Halong International Cruise Port for check-in. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink and receive important instructions before boarding.
Note: Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and passport number for all guests, as mandated by local authorities. A valid passport must be presented at check-in to avoid boarding denial. Please provide your information immediately after booking confirmation.
