Imerovigli
Since the time of Byzantium, Imerovigli, one of the most impressive villages of Santorini, has stood on the highest point of the caldera. It is believed that the early settlement of Skaros was built in 1207 by the Venetian James Varotsi, who was granted Santorini after the conquest of Constantinople by the Crusaders in 1204. The modern village towers over an impressive volcano about 300 meters above sea level. It is about 3 km northwest of Fira on the road to Oia. In addition to the paved road, the village is connected to the capital of Santorini by a path offering endless views of the unique volcanic landscape.
Since Imerovigli is a preserved traditional settlement, the architectural style of the buildings remains unchanged. The buildings are mainly Cycladic and mainly local Fira. Today, Imerovigli is one of the most developed tourist destinations in Santorini, with first-class hotels, restaurants, and other shops visited by tens of thousands worldwide annually.

Estate Argyros
Estate Argyros is one of the island's peaks, with a long tradition in the cultivation and winemaking of Assyrtiko. Argyros Assyrtiko is a "quiet" power between ASSYRTIKO, the island, with excellent balance and an impressive and delightful acidity-like aftertaste that will not go away. Many outstanding awards and recognitions abroad promised a miraculous way to try to exacerbate the extroversion of the estate. Argyros is also used to make a delicious Aydani wine, and their ruby-red Mavrotragano received 93/100 Parker points in Wine Advocate. Taste the four different glasses of wine at the second-biggest winery in Santorini.

Anhydrous Winery
Anhydrous Cellar Door is located in Fira. Its story began in early 2000 when winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas of Avantis Estate Winery in Evia fell in love with Santorini and the strong personality of Assyrtiko. In 2012, he returned to Santorini for the winemaking of the best indigenous variety. Its philosophy is based on wines with purity, primary varietal characteristics, and balance that reflect the connection with the anhydrous soil of Santorini, the majesty of the land, the volcano, the sun, the sea breeze, the Cycladic air – the intense personality of this unique PDO land.
