After booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours along with a form to provide your accommodation details and pickup time. On the day of service, our staff will collect your luggage from the front desk of your departure hotel at the scheduled time. Your luggage will be delivered to the front desk of your destination hotel by 9:00 PM the same day. You will receive a notification once your luggage has been delivered.
