Enjoy an authentic “Tai-meshi”(sea bream rice)set meal featuring the seasonal flavors of Saga. The first dish features nine dishes — appetizer, “Yuki-no-Oto Tofu,” small chawanmushi , Nimono(simmered vegetable), sashimi, two chef’s choice dishes and Grilled Eel. And for the second dish, you can choose one type of sea bream rice from three varieties. A glass of Japanese sake from a Saga sake brewery is included as an aperitif.
