Richmond is a goldmine for Chinese food. With a Chinese population of over 50%, some of the best chefs from Hong Kong and Mainland China have made this city their home. Cantonese cuisine dominated early on, and after the 2010 Winter Olympics, a wave of Mainland Chinese was seen.
Guests will savour signature dishes from three iconic regions: Eastern China and Harmonious Shanghainese, Southern China and Refined Cantonese, and Southwest China, Award-Winning Sichuan and Seafood.
