Your experience begins with an early hotel pickup between 3:30 AM and 3:45 AM (from hotels located in Cusco’s historic center). After pickup, we will travel by comfortable vehicle for approximately 2 hours through scenic Andean landscapes until we reach Cusipata, where you will enjoy a local breakfast before continuing the adventure.

Upon arrival in Cusipata, you will enjoy a delicious local breakfast to recharge energy before the adventure.

Upon arrival, your guide will provide a safety briefing and instructions, followed by a short practice session to ensure everyone feels comfortable operating the ATVs. Once ready, we begin the adventure, riding through the spectacular landscapes of the Red Valley, enjoying breathtaking views for about 1 hour. After the ATV ride, we will take a 30-minute walk to reach Rainbow Mountain, where you will have free time to explore, take photos, and admire the incredible natural colors of this iconic destination.

Arrive at the famous Rainbow Mountain, one of Peru’s most breathtaking natural wonders, located at over 5,000 meters (16,400 ft) above sea level. Take time to admire the stunning multicolored landscapes formed by natural mineral deposits, creating the iconic striped patterns. Your guide will explain the geological formation and significance of this unique site. Enjoy free time to take photos, explore the area, and fully appreciate the panoramic views of the Andes before returning.

After visiting Rainbow Mountain, we will ride the ATVs back for approximately 1 hour to our base in Japura. From there, we will continue by vehicle for about 45 minutes to 1 hour to Cusipata, where you will enjoy a delicious local lunch and have time to relax.

After lunch, we will begin the return journey to Cusco, which takes approximately 2 to 2 hours and 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off in Cusco city center
