Step 1: Booking The customer books the transfer through TripAdvisor, the company website, or by messaging directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone. At booking, they provide their flight number, arrival date and time, number of passengers, and drop-off location in El Nido (hotel or address). A confirmation message is sent back with the booking details, the assigned vehicle type, and the driver's contact number for day-of coordination.
