We warm up on the legendary Ponale road, carved into the cliffs above Lake Garda, climb past Lake Ledro (optional swim or coffee stop on the shore) and continue up to the ridge at Bocca dei Fortini, where Lake Garda glitters on one side and the green Ledro valley unfolds on the other. At Passo Nota (1,207 m) we rest at an alpine refuge, traverse the military road to Passo Guil, then descend into the valley at Pré di Ledro. We meet at the entrance of Bar One, Viale Giuseppe Canella 27, Riva del Garda. Your guide will be waiting outside the bar — look for the rider with the bike. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
