The original recipe, created from a tradition of the neighboring Monastery of Jerónimos, remains a carefully preserved secret and is prepared daily in a handmade way.
During this stop, you will have time to enjoy a pastel that has just come out of the oven, served in the traditional way with cinnamon and pastry sugar, accompanied by a coffee or other drink, if desired (consumption not included).
