2. Driver Details Sent to the Traveler After the booking is confirmed, the traveler will receive a message containing:

Phone number
Vehicle type and plate number
Exact pickup time and location This ensures smooth communication between both parties.
3. Pre-Trip Coordination Before the scheduled pickup time, we contact the traveler to reconfirm the details and check for any special requests such as extra luggage, children, or schedule changes.
