Patan Durbar Square
Patan Durbar Square is situated at the center of the city of Lalitpur(Patan) in Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attraction is the ancient royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur resided.
Lalitpur(Patan) is full of Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples with fine bronze gateways, Guardian Deities, and wonderful carvings. Krishna Mandir(Temple) , which is one of the grandeur of the square, was built in 1637 by the king Siddhi Narsingh Malla. The entire temple is constructed of the stone. Noted for its craftsmen and metal workers, it is known as the city of fine arts or city of artists. The diversity of the medieval culture that allowed both Hinduism and Buddhism to flourish has left a rich legacy of impressive.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square
Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the plaza in front of the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, 1401m above sea level. It is one of three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is located in the current town of Bhaktapur,also known as Bhadgaun. Which lies 14 km east of Kathmandu. While the complex consists of at least four distinct squares (Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square), the whole area is informally known as the Bhakapur Durbar Square and is a highly visited site in the Kathmandu Valley.
