Place de la Comedie
The starting point of your oenological journey will make you discover very colourful, powerful and harmonious wines and the terroirs on which they are produced. These wines will defy time in your cellar.
The Médoc, which extends over 80 km, is a peninsula that takes shape north of the Bordeaux conurbation and ends at the Pointe des Graves. The wine route, which crosses it, is long and winding and gives you time to discover a mosaic of plots, dotted with castles of very different styles, sometimes flamboyant, sometimes romantic, sometimes austere. You will be amazed by this mythical road.

Chateau Dauzac
Dauzac is the first Château that borders the mythical Route des Châteaux. Fifth Cru Classified as Margaux.
It was his steward who invented the "Bordeaux porridge", made from copper sulphate and water. Still in use today, this treatment is one of the few authorized in organic farming.
A tasting of the wines of the property will be offered at the end of the visit.

Chateau Leoville Poyferre
Second Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Julien.
Until the 19th century, the Léoville estate was one of the largest and oldest wineries in the Médoc. The vineyard stretched from Château Beychevelle to Château Latour. Divided into three parts, the Châteaux Léoville Las Cases, Léoville Barton and Léoville Poyferré survive today.
The Castle Guide will share with you the secrets of vine work, the different techniques used for winemaking and the methods of maturing in oak barrels.
At the end of the tour you will taste the wines of the estate.

Chateau Lafon-Rochet
The fourth Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Estèphe, its canary yellow chartreuse is known throughout the world.
Its history dating back to the 17th century was eventful, written today in an alliance of modernity, for the technical installations and ancestral traditions of the production methods inherited from the illustrious predecessors at the head of the estate.
