The Beverly Hills City Hall is a general area near downtown Beverly Hills that is free for you to sit and wait. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants (incl. Whole Foods) that are walkable if you need to grab a bite. This is the first pick-up and I will wait up to one hour before we head out.
