Itinerary
Personalized cooking course based on the specific requests of the guest
The menu can be planned in advance (suggested) or improvised during the class
Fresh, seasonal ingredients will be used
As soon as you arrive it will immediately precede you with the preparation of the set menu. After about an hour of work, you will have a break for an aperitif (Prosecco, Spritz or other requested by you!)
Then we will continue to finish the preparation
Finally, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor
Wines will be served (one or more based on your requests)
