Once a heavily bombed wasteland, Cu Chi now stands as a powerful symbol of resilience and a living museum of wartime ingenuity and Vietnamese culture. Afternoon: Depart Cu Chi for My Tho by car (about two hours), with a lunch stop at a local restaurant along the way

Arriving in My Tho, you'll board a boat cruising along peaceful canals lined with coconut trees. The journey leads to a small coconut island in Ben Tre, where we take a short village walk and visit a local family. Enjoy fresh tropical fruits, honey tea, honey wine, and traditional Vietnamese folk music. We then continue to a coconut candy workshop to see the candy-making process and browse handmade coconut products. Walking deeper into the village, you’ll pass orchards, flowers, and traditional homes—an ideal moment to relax and experience the authentic charm of the Mekong Delta countryside
