With this program you will be able to observe real sumo morning practice at the a sumo stable known to have produced Yokozuna-class wrestlers. See and feel the impact of the sumo wrestlers as they warm up with stretching and strength exercises, then eventually sparring matches. While many will have seen sumo on television or the internet, seeing, hearing and feeling the impact of the wrestlers up close is something entirely different. During and after the practice you will have a chance to learn about the hardships that the wrestlers go through to become a pro sumo wrestler.
