OLIVE OIL FACTORY POLITAKIS
Begin with a guided walk through the olive grove and learn about olive cultivation, harvesting, and the importance of olive trees in Cretan life. Continue inside the olive mill to discover how olives are processed and how high-quality extra virgin olive oil is produced.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three exquisite qualities of olive oil. Learn how to recognise their aromas, flavours, texture, and distinctive characteristics.
