Participants must check in at McDonald's Phi Phi Island near Pier between 09:40–10:30 AM and wait in the Marlin Statue area. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and recheck your email for the confirmed time. Late arrivals over 10 minutes may be considered no-shows.
