Your experience begins at PERVINO, a family-run winery in Istria, near Novigrad, where generations of winemaking tradition. Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to choose the wines you’d like to discover from our selection of 18 distinctive wines. Explore authentic Istrian varieties such as Malvazija Istarska and Teran, as well as internationally renowned wines including Merlot, Chardonnay and Muscat. Your tasting begins with the first three selected wines, introduced by our friendly team with a short presentation about their character, origin and winemaking style.
