Oinoe La Città del Vino
We started with a few thousand bottles and 20 hectares of land, and have since more than doubled both, always prioritizing quality. Combining experience, tradition, and innovation, we produce excellent wines true to their nature.
From the beginning, our hallmark has been using very low quantities of added sulphites, far below legal limits, with the exact amount listed on our labels. Alex’s sensitivity to sulphites has driven us to minimize their use, ensuring greater consumer protection.
Every step of our production is handled with care, from sustainable soil preparation and “soft” trimming to manual harvests. Grapes are carefully selected, softly pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with precise temperature and oxidation control.
