Your instructor will lead a 45-minute pilates session in the open fields of the masseria, barefoot on the grass. The class uses natural props — seasonal fruit such as watermelon and melon — as part of a gentle yet effective workout focused on posture, core strength and body awareness. No equipment or prior experience needed: yoga mat and a 0.5L water bottle are provided. The session closes with a tasting of fresh seasonal fruit and cold-pressed juices. The experience runs on Wednesday evenings at 18:00, in a small group setting surrounded by the organic farmland of Masseria Stali.
