Itinerary
Experience authentic Japanese home cooking and culture in a local Osaka home.
Make two types of ramen completely from scratch, starting with the broth, and learn how to prepare handmade gyoza from the skin. You’ll also create traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi) and enjoy a traditional matcha tea ceremony.
Learn the secrets of dashi stock, Japanese cooking techniques, plating, and table manners. After cooking, relax and enjoy the meal you’ve prepared together.
Take home all recipes so you can recreate the dishes yourself. We will also capture your experience with photos and videos and share the files with you as a special memory of your time in Japan.
