Continue to the People's Square which is a quiet and relaxing park in the city center surrounded by towering skyscrapers.

Walk down the bustling Nanjing shopping street and browse the various stores. Then have lunch (own expense) at Hong Chang Xing Halal Restaurant.

After lunch, transfer to the French Concession for a stroll among a collection of colonial architecture in the old Shanghai. Absorb at the interesting nooks, corners and some old scenes that you will not see in the other parts of Shanghai. Finish your day with a visit to a new shopping mall Lane 189 that provides opportunities for shopping, strolling, eating, and relaxing before a drop-off back at your hotel.
