You'll be wearing wireless silent disco headphones that allow you to dance freely and stroll the shoreline (400+ yards of range). Choose from 3 channels at anytime —Main Dance, Kid Dance, or Tranquil Meditation. Each channel features mindfulness prompts that guide you and encourage you to move in fun ways. There are no steps to learn, this is not a fitness class it's a Wellness Entertainment Experience. Most guests arrive early and set up towels or chairs on the beach before checking in.
