Cai Rang Floating Market
Travelers will experience the busiest floating market in the Mekong Delta, where dozens of boats gather to trade fruits, noodles, coffee, and local specialties. You will enjoy breakfast on a boat while watching vendors prepare food directly on the water. The guide will explain the unique trading system, local culture, and daily life of people living on the river. Guests will also observe boat houses, fruit orchards, traditional shipbuilding yards, and the lively atmosphere of the morning floating market.
Travelers will visit a traditional workshop where local families make “Hu Tieu”, a famous rice noodle of the Mekong Delta. You will see each step of the process—from steaming the rice flour to drying the noodle sheets under the sun. Guests can taste fresh noodles and learn how this craft has been preserved by generations.

Visitors will discover floating fish farms, interact with local families, walk through orchards, and taste seasonal fruits picked directly from the garden.
