This is a grounded, approachable way to explore it for yourself.
We’ll meet at a quiet, beautiful red rock location and begin by slowing down—stepping out of the rush and into a more present, connected state.
From there, I’ll share a simple, practical understanding of vortex energy—what it is, how to relate to it, and how to work with it in a way that feels real (not abstract or overwhelming).
You’ll then be guided through a meditation designed to help you experience the energy directly, using a few different techniques so you can discover what works best for you.
