Before pickup, you’ll get a heads-up, and the driver might contact you if needed. When they arrive, they’ll help you get in, handle luggage if needed, and make sure you’re comfortable. During the ride, they’ll take the best route and keep you informed if anything changes. Once you arrive, they’ll help you out, and the trip is done. Payment is taken care of (if not already), and you might get a receipt or a quick prompt...
