شلالات ماتيروني هي واحدة من أكبر الشلالات وأكثرها شهرة في منطقة كليمنجارو. تقع الشلالات على منحدر جبل كليمنجارو، لقبيلة تشاجا الأصيلة. يأتي مصدر المياه مباشرة من الجليد أعلى كليمنجارو. حوالي ٣٠ دقيقة بالسيارة من مدينة موشي وساعة ونصف من أروشا، والمشي عبر مزرعة القهوة والموز المحيطة بالمناظر الطبيعية الخصبة حيث يوجد هذا الشلالات. ستأخذنا مسيرة ٣٠ دقيقة عبر المناظر الطبيعية الخضراء المذهلة لأرض تشاجا إلى هذا الشلال، وهنا سنذهب للسباحة في المياه المنعشة ونأخذ استراحة لتناول الغداء في هذا الشلال الجميل. مع الطقس اللطيف جدًا، ستتمكن من رؤية جبل كليمنجارو عن قرب.
