Itinerary

Your journey begins at the Shanghai Library Metro Station, where you’ll meet your guide and fellow foodies for a quick ice-breaker.
We then head to the market, where you’ll receive a shopping list and use your newly learned Chinese phrases to secure your ingredients. After that, we'll transfer to our kitchen studio. Guided by a professional chef, you will learn the art of Chinese heat control and seasoning as you cook your own main course.
