After convenient hotel or vacation rental pickup, you’ll gear up with a quality mountain bike, helmet, safety vest, and bottled water. Your certified local guide, fluent in English and deeply familiar with the area, leads you on an easy-to-moderate trail through towering trees and wild jungle sounds. Keep your eyes open: sloths, toucans, and even elusive big cats like ocelots may cross your path.
