The workshop will walk you through the process of preparation, common mistakes, causes and precautions in order to achieve a delicious cup of coffee. - Part 1: Introducing history of egg coffee (10 minutes). - Part 2: Introducing equipment, materials and demonstrate how to make egg coffee (10 minutes) - Part 3: Making Egg Coffee - Participants make their own egg coffee under the guide of instructor (20-30 minutes).
