. We'll wash our hands and get our aprons on to start cooking. We’ll prepare a local Vermut aperitivo and try it while making the local dish coca. Coca is a Valencian style ‘pizza’ made with a typical beer dough. The coca is naturally vegan and topped with seasonal vegetables. While the coca is in the oven we’ll prepare a seasonal salad and a simple fresh fruit dessert.
