Built by multiple pharaohs between the years 2200 and 360 BC , the Temple of Karnak contains inside the great temple of Amun, other minor temples, chapels and the great sacred lake. The most important pharaohs that took part in its construction were Hatshepsut, Seti I, Ramses II and Ramses III .
