For guests booking transfer from Hanoi only: We will pick you up from hotels located in the Hanoi Old Quarter or from the Hanoi Opera House area (if outside the Old Quarter) between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM. The drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours, including a short rest stop along the way. This convenient transfer service ensures a comfortable and timely start to your luxury cruise adventure.

Note for guests booking the cruise only (no transfer included): Please make your own way to Number 12 Ngoc Chau, Tuan Chau International Marina before 11:30 AM for check-in. Our staff will assist you upon arrival. Between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, guests will be transferred from the harbor to the cruise. At 1:00 PM, enjoy a welcome drink and meet the captain and crew for a brief introduction about the cruise itinerary and safety guidelines before checking into your cabin. Afterwards, savor a delicious lunch while cruising through the stunning Halong Bay, taking in its breathtaking limestone formations.

At 3:00 PM, guests can enjoy kayaking and swimming in the scenic Tra Bau area, known as a filming location for Kong: Skull Island, or relax in the onboard Jacuzzi. At 6:00 PM, join the sunset party featuring cakes, fresh fruit, peanuts, and tea while enjoying happy hour. At 6:15 PM, participate in a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class led by the chef, learning to prepare traditional dishes like spring rolls. Dinner is served at 7:30 PM, offering a delicious selection of seafood and BBQ specialties.
