Wat Ban Densali Si Mueang Kaen (Wat Ban Den) located in Chiang Mai's Mae Taeng district, is a magnificent and extensive temple complex renowned for its elaborate Lanna-style architecture. Perched on a modest hill, it showcases 12 stupas symbolizing the Chinese zodiac, distinctive blue roofs, and a revered cave. The temple underwent renovation by Kruba Thueang Natsilo, commencing in either 1804 or 1894, and currently functions as a serene and artistically significant center for religious observance.
