Experience Japanese calligraphy in the heart of Kyoto.
Located in the charming Gojo Paradiso in Kyoto’s Shimogyo ward, you will receive direct instruction from a calligraphy master. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is perfect for unlocking your creative side.
The workshop includes the following: ・Highlights of the history of calligraphy ・Basic brush techniques – learn the fundamentals of brushstrokes ・Drawing Kanji – practice your brushwork and drawing Kanji yourself
The last 10 minutes of the workshop are dedicated to enjoying a photo session, browsing the gallery, and other options.
