Kannan Devan Tea Museum
The Kannan Devan Tea Museum, officially the KDHP Tea Museum, is located in Munnar, Kerala, and offers a journey through the history of tea cultivation in the region. It features a collection of antique machinery, photographs of early planters and workers, and other artifacts that tell the story of how Munnar transformed into a tea-growing town. Visitors can see old equipment like a 1905 Rotorvane tea roller and a Pelton Wheel turbine, and the museum also provides demonstrations of traditional tea-processing steps.
