The elephants are never forced to take part in any activity. All activities are guided by the sanctuary team and depend on the elephants’ comfort, safety, and natural behavior on the day. If an activity cannot be conducted exactly as planned due to the elephants’ choice or wellbeing, the itinerary may be adjusted to a suitable observation-based experience. These changes are part of our animal-welfare-focused approach and do not qualify for a refund.
