• We'll prepare 2 dishes; the Tartare of salmon and my Pommes persillade (crispy potatoes with soft, tender centers to create the ultimate side dish). I will show you some alternatives and discuss your signature dish that will impress your favourite person and the unexpected guest. Minimum time in the kitchen, maximum enjoyment.
