Cusco – Km 82 – Wayllabamba

Llaqtapata
Pick-up from the hotels in our transportation in the morning at 5:00 a.m. Departure from the city of Cusco towards Km 82. In this sector, it is mandatory for passengers to identify themselves with their original passport (the same one used for the reservation) and, if they are students, they must present their student card (ISIC CARD) at the first checkpoint.
We will begin our journey accompanied by Quechua porters, advancing through the fertile valleys along the Urubamba River, with a magnificent view of the snow-capped and glacial Veronica. Then, we will continue to Llactapata, an ancient Inca city that protected the entrance to two valleys. The guide will explain the use and significance of the site, as well as provide a magnificent photographic view of the area.
From there, we will walk for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the Wayllabamba campsite, Where we will spend the night.
