Huaca Pucllana – History in the Heart of Miraflores
Huaca Pucllana is an imposing ceremonial center of the Lima Culture (400–700 AD), built with adobe bricks in the form of a stepped pyramid. It is located in the heart of the Miraflores district, surrounded by modern Lima, making it a unique contrast between past and present.
Thanks to its central location, it is very easy to reach: it is just minutes from Lima's main hotels, avenues, and tourist areas. Guided tours are also available, offering insights into the religious and administrative life of one of the oldest cultures on the Peruvian coast.
