Following a pick-up from your hotel, we join the chef and go to a local market and marvel at the seasonal fruits, noodles, herbs, vegetables, meat, and fish on display. Interact with the vendors and get some tips on how to bargain. Buy the ingredients for the dish you selected in advance.
After collecting all the necessary ingredients, head to the cooking school where the chef teaches and guides you through the steps to make your dish. There will be plenty of hands-on participation!
