El Valle is a town inside a dead crater of a volcano where locals and expats have their "mountain" homes because of the nice weather and only two hours from the city. In this tour we do the hike of the sleeping indian Hill a very step climb but short 45 minutes to one hour depend on the pace, beautifull waterfalls on the way up and exhuberant nature and the prize is an amazing view of the entire valley from the top of the hill, the second activity is the Zoo (they have 2 Jaguars and many monkeys) exotic animals and birds, the third activity is the butterfly house with houndreds of colorfull butterflies and the last is the visit to the local market and time for lunch. .

The Sleeping Indian Girl
This is a real hiking challenge on a very steep hill located in Anton Valley two and a half hour drive from Panamá city, with and exuberant rain forest and waterfalls on the way up, it ussually takes 1 hour the climb or a bit more if you go and get wet under the waterfalls or just taking brakes to revover your breath and then carry on, this hike is not a contes is to enjoy the climb at your pace and have fun, at the end when whe get to the top and you see the amazing views is really worthed, we hang out for pictures 30 minutes and then come down, again, no rush this is not a championship just enjoy the life.
