We will meet at the meeting point and head to the start of the trail. The hike is easy, lasting approximately 30 minutes, passing through sections of the Atlantic Forest to the top of the mountain, which offers one of the most beautiful views of Rio. The route is relaxed and done at a comfortable pace.
Upon reaching the top, at 696 meters altitude, we will have a breathtaking view of the city of Rio de Janeiro, with views of the ocean, beaches, mountains, and green areas in the south and west zones. We will take breaks for contemplation, photos, and a brief guided meditation (optional).
